Support Coordination

Support coordination role is vital to ensuring you understand your transition into the NDIS, which parts of the funding are allocated to which services and understanding the scope of the NDIS and its supports. Our support coordination support team is exceptional, and we are finding that with our support coordination that people are finding more appropriate supports, understanding the processes of the NDIS and supporting you in the review.

Personal Care

Personal care requires trained staff to ensure participants can live as independently as possible whilst maintaining their current standard of living. This is a critical service in the NDIS and helps to ensure the integrity, presentation and safety for NDIS participants.

Transport

Transport is essential to the wellbeing of all stakeholders. Whether it be going to the doctors or seeing friends and family, our support staff should be able to accommodate accordingly.

Social Community Access

Social community access is quintessential to NDIS participants and our programs are being examined to adapt to these changes. We understand that social community is important services that make working in disability all worthwhile. Our programs are individual, group programs and adhoc programs (overseas, away or out of state).

Household Tasks

ABLE understands the importance of household maintenance to ensure a safe home environment. We specialise in ensuring cleaners are not support workers, and have dedicated teams to ensure cleaning and yard maintenance duties are separate from support staff. Our cleaners have the applicable checks required under the National Disability Safeguard Commission.

Home Modification Team

Our team of tradesman will ensure whether it is a small or large job that will be done to ensure you have the physical fixtures to support your needs.
